First, my cousin performed a live father-and-bride song, something we’d been looking forward to for months  and the microphone cut out right in the middle of it, completely ruining the moment. He had gone earlier to rehearse and test the sound, and they still couldn’t get it right.
Second, we had been told multiple times that extending the event time would be possible. We even paid the venue for the extra hours. But then without warning , the sound technician showed up to tell me he didn’t want to stay because he had work the next day. Excuse me? You’re a wedding service , weddings run late. That’s literally part of the job.
And third , the cherry on top ,the team is in the background of nearly all my wedding photos, sitting on a couch glued to their phones. My wedding was small, only 50 guests, so their unprofessional behavior was painfully obvious and killed the vibe completely. If they were that bored, they should’ve gone somewhere else to scroll, not sat next to the dance floor at my wedding.
Utterly unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful. We spent two years planning this event, and their attitude and lack of care left a stain on what should have been one of the happiest nights of our lives.

We organized our 1-year wedding anniversary with their support, which included live music, food, decorations, photographer and more.
